Earlier today, a new Arcade Archives stream was hosted on Niconico. Hamster offered a look at what’s to come in the classic series, including plans for Switch.

The following games are confirmed for Nintendo’s platform: Shock Troopers: 2nd Squad, Sengoku, Fatal Fury 2, Magical Drop 2, and Metal Slug 2. Magical Drop 2 is particularly noteworthy. The other four games are from SNK, but Magical Drop 2 is from Data East.

The developers at Corcell Technology have posted a video showing off some sneak peek footage for AeternoBlade II. Check out the video below to watch the footage.

THQ Nordic announced release dates for a trio of titles today, including the Switch-bound Battle Chasers: Nightwar. The game will be hitting Nintendo’s console on October 3.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar is an RPG inspired by console classics and based on the Battle Chasers comic book series. Expect “deep dungeon diving, turn-based combat presented in a classic JRPG format, and a rich story driven by exploration of the world.”

The arcade game Mario Kart GP DX is being updated with new content. In scans that emerged today, it’s revealed that two new characters are incoming.

Daisy will be arriving in Mario Kart GP DX as part of the next game update. She has three flat stars for her rating, so she’s balanced and similar to Mario.

Edmund McMillen, the creator of Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac, is gearing up to reveal his next game. Whatever it is, we can say that it will be on Switch. McMillen confirmed the news while speaking with a fan on Twitter today.

Stardew Valley will be coming to Switch sometime in the near future. When it’s ready, it could be getting a special physical edition. CDON, a Swedish retailer, is listing Stardew Valley Collector’s Edition for Switch.

505 Games published the Stardew Valley: Collector’s Edition on other platforms earlier this year. It features a copy of the game, a disc featuring the Collector’s Edition Soundtrack with 33 hand-picked tracks, fold-out map of Stardew Valley, and a Mini-Guidebook created by the artist and author of the full guidebook, Kari Fry.

It was announced today that Indivisible will be landing on Switch. Alongside the news, a blog post was published covering the new version and an update for backers.

The Nintendo Switch version of Indivisible will launch simultaneously with the other releases in 2018!

Don’t worry, though – in order to make this happen, Lab Zero received additional funding from 505 Games and hired a programmer to help with the port so it doesn’t take away resources or slow down the rest of development.
