Back in 2015, the developer of Invisible showed interest in bringing the game to Switch when the system was known as NX. Then earlier this year, we heard something more concrete as the possibility was actively being looked into

All turned out well in the end, as Indivisible is now confirmed for Switch. The platformer-RPG will be out on the console next year along side other versions. It will be sold both physically and digitally.

We’ve included a full overview and trailer for Indivisible below.

“Indivisible is a new RPG/platformer IP, starring Ajna (AHZH-na), a girl who sets out on a globe-spanning journey to discover the truth behind her mysterious powers. On her quest she’ll be joined by a variety of unique heroes and gain new abilities to traverse the environments and defeat the enemies they’ll encounter along the way.

Indivisible is inspired by classic platformers and RPGs, but with the unique characters and gameplay depth Lab Zero is known for.

In addition to a fresh spin on RPG gameplay, Indivisible features a deep storyline inspired by southeast Asian and other world mythologies, Lab Zero’s trademark feature-quality 2D hand-drawn animation, a lush soundtrack from legendary Secret of Mana composer Hiroki Kikuta, and an opening animation by popular anime studio TRIGGER.”

It’s not all leaks coming out of the Japan Expo Twitter account today. The account also confirmed that The Legend of Zelda mastermind Eiji Aonuma will hold a “The Art of The Legend of Zelda Series” masterclass at the convention in Paris in July.

Aonuma won’t be the first big Nintendo developer to appear at Japan Expo. Last year, Game Freak’s Junichi Masuda was there to talk about Pokemon and in 2015, Shigeru Miyamoto himself also held a masterclass there.

Today, Nintendo revealed via the official Splatoon Twitter account that a Splatoon-themed headset for the Switch will be released in Japan. Manufactured by video game accessory giant HORI, the headset will allow you to more easily use voice chat in Splatoon 2 (and other supported Switch games) via Nintendo’s smart phone app.

The headset comes with an adapter which you have to connect to both your smartphone and your Switch, which results in better quality audio input and output compared to a setup where you’re just using your smartphone and no headset. The headset will be released on July 21st for a price of 3480 Yen.

The Mario & Rabbids crossover game, supposedly titled Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, might just be the video game industry’s worst kept secret. There have been a ton of leaks on the game lately, and we can now add another one to the list.

Japan Expo is one of the biggest video game, anime and Japanese culture conventions in the world. It takes place every July in Paris, and this year will be no exception. The convention’s official Twitter account posted a bunch of new info today, such as what kinds of panels and special events will take place, special guests that will be there etc. They also tweeted out the following: (translated from French) “Nintendo and Ubisoft exclusively present the video game Mario x Rabbids”.

The Tweet has now been deleted, but we saved a screenshot of it:

At this points, there seems to be little doubt that the game is real. Everyone act real surprised when it’s unveiled at E3, alright?
