This week’s issue of Famitsu contains a four-page article on Story of Seasons: Good Friends of Three Villages. Much of the information was previously-known, but there are a few new details.
The big thing we see in the coverage is that the player’s actual family is shown. You have a dad named Darius, a mom named Marina, and your younger sister Lynne. Initially, your father was against you being a farmer while your mother was supportive of the move. Lynne on the other hand said she would miss you.
IGN’s posted a few minutes of Mighty No. 9 footage to highlight the game’s opening stage. Check it out below.
Several new games out came out this week on the Wii U and 3DS eShops. If you’re interested in checking out what’s new in screenshot form, take a peak at the gallery below.
Capcom’s second Monster Hunter Generations localization blog is now up. Whereas last week’s entry touched on the project as whole, today’s piece focuses on specific monsters: Astalos, Maccao and Great Maccao, and Larinoth. You can read it right here.
You should recognize this pattern by now: a game is revealed to be compatible with 3DS homebrew, and then Nintendo removes it from the eShop. That’s exactly what’s happened Freakyforms Deluxe: Your Creations, Alive! which has met a similar fate. If you attempt to look the game up on the digital store, you’ll see that it’s “currently unavailable.”
If Freakyforms Deluxe is to return, Nintendo would need to plug up the exploit. This probably means that the retail version will become a hot commodity soon.
