September 20: Microids is readying a demo for The Smurfs: Dreams, the company has announced. Those on Switch can download it starting on September 30, 2024.
The demo includes two levels from different worlds, each featuring a different Smurf (and therefore different gameplay styles). Co-op will be supported.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact is the latest game to have been hit by a delay. The title is now planned to launch in early 2025, according to a statement sent out on social media.
Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact was previously on track to arrive on Switch and other platforms by the end of the year. However, the team now intends to use extra development time to implement rollback netcode. It’s unclear if the Switch version will support that functionality, but regardless, the fighter is now launching on all platforms in 2025.

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet are planning yet another Tera Raid Battle event, and this time, players will be able to take on Infernape.
Infernape will appear in 7 Star Raids, which is what we typically see. The creature comes with the Rock Tera Type and the Mightiest Mark. You’ll be able to catch it just once per save file.

SEGA shared plenty of news about Shadow x Sonic Generations this week, but the big announcement was that Shadow from the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 3 movie will be featured in the game. A level will be included that’s inspired by the film and Keanu Reeves is even on board to voice the character for the DLC.
