Dragon Ball FighterZ announcements planned for August

Bandai Namco will be making announcements regarding Dragon Ball FighterZ in August as part of the Dragon Ball FighterZ Show, the company revealed during a Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable live stream today.
So far, Goku (Ultra Instinct) and Kefla have been released as part of FighterZ Pass 3. Three more characters are planned, though their identities haven’t been shared. We should be learning about upcoming DLC for FighterZ Pass 3 and potentially more in August.

A roundup of all the new videos for Pro Yakyuu Famista 2020 has arrived, courtesy of Gematsu. The three-video collection shows off the game’s various play modes and systems, and features Japanese comedian Tetsurou Degawa. You can see the Battle Mode, Edit Mode, and the exciting Online Battle Mode demonstrated, as well as both Famista and Excite camera modes. The game arrives this Fall, September 17 in Japan. Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez confirmed for English release with launch in Asia

Earlier today, Bandai Namco revealed Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez. It’s unknown if the company has any plans to bring it to the west, but fans can at least rest easy knowing that there will be an English release.
Over in Asia, English subtitles will be supported. It’s also confirmed to launch on the same day – October 29. You’ll be able to import a copy and play through the game regardless of your region.

Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can play Pokken Tournament DX for free next week

Update: Nintendo has just confirmed the same offer for North American and European Switch Online subscribers. In North America, it’s July 29 to August 4 in both regions.
Nintendo has revealed the next game that will be made available for free to Japanese Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. Between July 27 and August 2, Pokken Tournament DX can be experienced in its entirety. Save data is compatible with the full version.
Pokken Tournament DX will also be going on sale along with the promotion. Between July 27 and August 9, it’ll be down to 4,604 yen instead of 6,578 yen.
