Like all major first-party 3DS releases, Fantasy Life can be purchased at retail or on the 3DS eShop. Those who opt for the second option will need to make 6,856 blocks of free space available. That size is specific to Europe, but the North American release shouldn’t vary too greatly.

Shin’en released the Wii U version of Art of Balance on the European Wii U eShop today. If you plan on downloading the game, make sure you have 173MB of free space available. That number may vary slightly for the North American version, but not by much.

Super Smash Bros. 3DS is out now in Japan, and we’re hearing that the download is quite a bit less than originally anticipated. You’ll only need 9,320 blocks of free space (will likely vary slightly depending on region) in order to successfully download the game. That’s significantly less than the 17,300 blocks of space originally listed on Japanese packaging last month.

Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden takes up nearly 16GB of space, according to an official Nintendo page. Save data takes up another 32MB.
The same page also confirms that Fatal Frame: The Black Haired Shrine Maiden only supports the GamePad. No other controllers work in the game.

Bayonetta 1 and Bayonetta 2 are rather large games, as some may have expected.
Bayonetta 2 requires 14.6GB if you plan on picking up the digital version. And together, Bayonetta 1 and Bayonetta 2 take up 32.2GB of space.

Dragon Quest X for 3DS is an incredibly small game. It only takes up 393 blocks of space, which is rather tiny indeed.
For those wondering why the size is so insignificant, that’s because the actual game is stored online. The 3DS simply acts as a client and accesses Square Enix’s online servers for content.

Kirby Fighters Deluxe and Dedede’s Drum Dash Deluxe are both out now on the North American 3DS eShop. The former game takes up 978 blocks of space. The other game, on the other hand, is only 470 blocks.
