Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is getting its final batch of DLC next week tying in with the Fantastic Four. On top of that, the latest free update will be made available.

As part of the update, players will be able to access a new set of costumes. Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Elektra, and Deadpool will all have new designs. You can see what the new outfits look like above.

A new wave of costumes are now available in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. Four in total have been added, and they’re entirely free.

The latest update for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order went live today. Version 3.0.1. is out now, accessible for all players.

Today’s update addresses a bug in which players may have been unable to add additional controllers in multiplayer. Nintendo says that other issues have also been addressed.

Note that you’ll need the latest update to play multiplayer with anyone already on version 3.0.1.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order still has a long while to go before DLC Pack 3 launches. However, on social media, Nintendo has offered up a look at Doctor Doom. We have his character art above.

An apparent datamine may give some additional insight regarding other possible additions for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. It seems that there could be some additional story content in the pipeline, for example.

Alongside the new Rise of the Phoenix DLC, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order received its version 3.0.0 update today. The free content includes new costumes and more.

Here are the full patch notes for version 3.0.0:

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order has been updated on Switch. As part of version 3.0.0, Rise of the Phoenix is now available for those that have purchased the game’s DLC.

To recap, Phoenix, Gambit, Iceman, and Cable have been added as new characters with an extra story to boot for Dark Phoenix. The Danger Room mode can now be accessed as well.

Thanks to the Japanese version of the new DLC trailer, we now have a look at which characters will be getting new looks. Colossus, Cyclops, Psylocke, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Storm, Elsa Bloodstone, Magneto, Loki, Scarlet Witch, Ghost Rider, and Doctor Strange will all have another option.
