Nintendo UK store taking pre-orders for the Zelda New 3DS cover plates, releasing March 6

The Nintendo UK store has started taking pre-orders for the Zelda-themed New 3DS cover plates. You can find the general Zelda face plate here, and the Majora’s Mask one here. Both will be releasing in the UK on March 6, apparently!

Walmart has started taking pre-orders for the gold Mario amiibo. Get yours in here.

Keep in mind that the gold Mario amiibo is Walmart-exclusive and stock is probably limited, so you may want to reserve it as soon as possible. Oh, and I suppose we can’t entirely trust tweets from Walmart Canada!

Japanese Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition pre-orders come with a stylus

There are plenty of pre-order bonuses for Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition in Japan. One of these, as shown on Nintendo’s Twitter account today, is an original stylus. View a picture of the bonus above.

It was previously announced that there will be early purchase bonuses as well. These include a Tamadra 3DS theme code, a special ticket to claim monsters in the arcade game Puzzle & Dragons Z Tamer Battle V2, and an original promo card for the Puzzle & Dragons trading card game. GameStop – Ike amiibo pre-orders could be delayed until spring, King Dedede until summer; one per household for Ike

Have you pre-ordered an Ike or King Dedede amiibo at GameStop? Then you’ll probably be interested in hearing the latest update from the retailer, via a memo obtained by Destructoid.

Those who reserved Ike before December 27 should have their orders fulfilled within the next week or so. However, all reservations that came after won’t be completed until spring. Ike is also being limited to one per household.

The situation is similar with King Dedede. If you got your pre-order in before December 31, expect the figure to arrive soon. Unfortunately, all other orders won’t be fulfilled until summer.

Mega Man and Sonic are safe at least. GameStop says that these two figures will reach all consumers in one wave, unlike Ike and King Dedede.

Amazon is the first retailer to be kicking off pre-orders for Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven. There’s a May 26 release date on the page, though that’s only tentative. XSEED has only confirmed a launch for spring at this time.
