Today’s update has a few new additions – specifically New Game+, Mew Game, and a Kitmas Quest. The full details can be found below.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch has received a new update on Switch. Version 1.0.2 is now available for download.

Today’s update looks to have one primary purpose, which is the addition of support for video capture. No other changes have been implemented.

8Bitdo has prepared a new update for its SN30/SF30 Pro Controllers. For both pieces of hardware, the firmware can be upgraded to version 1.23.

Below are the full update notes:

– Enhanced vibration optimisation on Xinput mode.
– Added USB connection to Mac mode.
– Fixed the bug that the controller would not turn on occasionally.
– Press and hold L+R and then plug in USB cable to update the controller if it does not power on.

This week, Nintendo released an update for Kirby Battle Royale in Japan. The game has been updated to version 2.1.0.

The official patch notes are as follows:

– Made it easier to gain Ranking Points in Online Battle.
– Made it so that you will gain Ranking Points even if an Online Battle is cancelled due to an opponent disconnecting.
– Fixed a bug that could cause the game to crash when a rocket is launched in Rocket Rumble.

Kirby Battle Royale still isn’t out in North America, but is scheduled for January.

Original (12/20): Fire Emblem Warriors just updated on both Switch and New 3DS. Players can begin to download version 1.3.0.

Today’s update adds in support for the new Fire Emblem Fates DLC pack. It features Oboro, Azura, and Niles as playable heroes, new costumes, new History maps, and more. We’ll add in the full patch notes here as soon as we have them.
