WarioWare: Move It overview

Original (10/17): Nintendo just sent out a new overview trailer for WarioWare: Move It. The video showcases some of the microgames, moves, and more ahead of next month’s launch.

For those that need a refresher on the game, check out the following overview:

The King of Fighters XIII Global Match release date

Original (8/5): SNK just announced a final release date for The King of Fighters XIII Global Match. News dropped a short while ago at EVO 2023.

The King of Fighters XIII Global Match is due out for Switch on November 16, 2023. This follows the original announcement back in April, which did not include a release window.

Mario Party 3 Nintendo Switch Online

Nintendo Switch Online will be making Mario Party 3 available in just a few days, it’s been announced. The game will be out on October 26, 2023 for all members of the Expansion Pack tier.

Mario Party 3 originally launched at the end of 2000 in Japan and in 2001 elsewhere. Find some information about the game below.

All Captain Toad locations Super Mario Bros. Wonder

Captain Toad plays a particularly helpful role in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and as such, we’ll fill you in on all of his locations. He’s hidden in five different spots around the world map, and when you find him, he gives you lots of Flower Coins. If you need a bunch of Flower Coins to purchase some badges or standees, it’s a good idea to seek out Captain Toad to receive some for free.

As mentioned, there are only five different Captain Toad locations. It’s important to note that you can only receive Flower Coins from Captain Toad the first time you speak to him at each of these locations. If you go back to see him, he won’t have anything else to give you.

Nintendo updated its website today with new Community Tournament Guidelines. Although the article isn’t up yet in North America, since it’s been posted in Europe and Japan, the content should hold the same for North America as well.

Nintendo says that its guidelines are for those “hosting not-for-profit, small scale community tournaments (Community Tournaments) involving games for which Nintendo owns the copyright (Nintendo games).” The company advises fans to become familiar with them if they plan on setting up a tournament.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder all badges

Following the release of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, we’ve put together a new guide naming all Badges and their locations in the game.

You can use Badges one at a time, and it adds a new ability to your arsenal for as long as it’s equipped. You can swap them out before and after levels, so you’re able to tailor the abilities you want to fit the needs of the level you’re playing. Finding the Badges is actually the easy part: every single Badge except for one is purchased from a Poplin Shop or given to you throughout the story. We’ve managed to round up every single Badge, and you can find a list of each one’s functions below. We won’t discuss any final boss spoilers (nor any details about the final level), but we will discuss the final Badge’s function – if you’d rather keep that a surprise, bookmark this page and come back later!

Crymachina review

System: Switch
Release date: October 24, 2023
Developer: FuRyu
Publisher: NIS America

Although not the biggest company out there, developer FuRyu has arguably made a little more of a name for themselves over recent years, bringing titles such as Monark and The Caligula Effect to the Switch with mixed reception. Crymachina is the latest game from the developer, an action RPG that acts as a sort of spiritual successor to their previous attempt at the genre, Crystar. Unfortunately, although Crymachina has a strong, well-developed narrative, its combat fails to make a lasting impression, making it another middling attempt that may be best avoided.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Rayman interview DLC

We’ve been sharing excerpts from our recent Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope interview with creative director Davide Soliani, but we wanted to publish our full discussion which contains some extras.

Soliani shared a lot of insight about bringing back Rayman for the game’s final DLC, Rayman in the Phantom Show. He also spoke to us about interest in continuing the franchise in the future, though it’s too early to say anything at present.

Here’s our full discussion:

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is one of the biggest Switch games of 2023. With the title now officially launching worldwide, we’d like to hear about what your early thoughts are if you’ve started it up.

If you’ve been playing, what are your early thoughts? What do you think of the new features like the badge system? How do you feel it compares to other 2D Mario games? Let us know in the comments below.

Today, we’re going over a detailed list of requirements in Super Mario Bros. Wonder for 100 percent completion. We won’t have any story or picture spoilers here, but we will briefly discuss the reward you receive for full completion – which some may view as being a little underwhelming.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder dropped just a few days ago, and many of its most dedicated players are already working on fully completing the game. Some of the later levels definitely get tough, but this actually isn’t as tall of an order as it sounds. If you complete every single level and collect all the goodies along the way, full 100 percent completion should take somewhere between 20 and 25 hours.
