Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are kicking off the week with a Fire Emblem Engage character introduction for Ike, yet another classic hero for the game. The latest update again comes from the official Japanese Twitter account with SatsumaFS sharing translations.
Ike, who is the Emblem of Radiance, is a famous leader of a mercenary band. He also has unrivaled combat prowess. Ike is strong in offensive power and durability, and gets more powerful as he loses more health. It’s noted that he’s a good Emblem for taking the heat from enemies with his defenses and power ups at low HP.
Here’s a rundown on Ike’s skills, weapon, and technique:
Ike’s Synchro Skill, Brave General, boosts Def and Res when HP is under 75%.
Ike’s Engage Weapon, Hammer, Smashes enemies, and also deals great damage to armored enemies.
Ike’s Engage Skill, Immovable, drops Avo to 0 in exchange for halving incoming damage. When used by a Draconic unit, damage is further decreased by 10%.
Ike’s Engage Technique, Conquering Aether, boosts defenses for one turn to tank enemy attacks, then unleashes a powerful AoE attack next turn. Also, damage dealt is recovered as HP. Rush into where enemies are grouped up, and aim to destroy them in one go.
