Fire Emblem Engage Jade

Continuing on with the character introductions for Fire Emblem Engage, we now have a look at Jade. Nintendo and Intelligent Systems shared the news on the series’ Japanese Twitter account while Serenes Forest came through with translations.

Jade, who is voiced by Marie Miyake in the Japanese version, is a royal knight from Brodia as well as Diamant’s retainer. She has a calm personality and is serious about her duties. Despite rarely talking which has people believing she’s emotionless, she can be cheerful and funny. Jade also meditates on the spot when in danger.

Players will begin Fire Emblem Engage with Jade in the Axe Armor class, which is an axe-wielding foot soldier fortified with heavy armor. They have a high defense but are weak to magical attacks.

You can check out some footage of Jade below. The second part of the video features a conversation between Jade and Amber, both Brodian knights. Jade’s hobby appears to be writing novels and she’s passionate about her research.
