Next week, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will receive VR support via an update, to be played with the recently released Nintendo Labo VR set. Today, Nintendo published a blog post on their website in which the game’s Technical Director, Takuhiro Dohta, talks about the inclusion of VR.

A new Summoning Focus is now available in Fire Emblem Heroes. “New Power” features heroes who recently received new exclusive weapon skills. The 5-star focus units are Cain – The Bull, Hana – Focused Samurai, Abel – The Panther and Peri – Playful Slayer. The Summoning Focus will be available until April 23.

Retro action game Alpha, developed and published by KANAME, will be released on the Switch eShop this week, on April 19. The game is currently confirmed for a release in North America and Japan, where it will cost $5.00 / 480 yen respectively. A release on the European eShop currently isn’t planned. Octopath Traveler is getting a patch on June 7, Square Enix announced today. The purpose of this update will be to add support for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese text to the game. Currently, the game supports Japanese, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish text, with options for either Japanese or English voice acting.

The official Nintendo UK online store is offering a special deal for Super Mario Maker 2. If you pre-order the game at the store, you get a special Mario Maker-themed drawing pad and pencil set for free. There’s also a second bundle available, which comes with the game and a diorama set; however, that one costs £59.99. The diorama is also available to purchase separately.

We don’t have a concrete release date for Super Mario Maker 2 yet; we only know it’ll be released sometime in June.

Bandai Namco has announced that Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission will soon receive an update that will add new cards and new missions to the game. In addition, they published the video below, which also teases that Broly will be added to the game:
