A new summer-themed wallpaper has been added to My Nintendo in North America. The design shows Mario surfing, and a Blooper is present as well.
You can claim the wallpaper on My Nintendo here. It’ll only set you back 50 Platinum points.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield hosting limited time distribution for Wolfe Glick’s Coalossaland

In celebration of the Pokemon Players Cup 25th Anniversary Invitational, a special distribution is being held in Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. A code provides access to a competitive-ready Coalossal that helped propel Wolfe Glick to victory during the Players Cup II last December.
Coalossal will come with the moves Heat Wave, Meteor Beam, Protect, and Solar Beam. It’s also holding a Weakness Policy and features the Modest nature.
Follow the steps below to claim this particular Coalossaland in Pokemon Sword/Shield:

Nintendo obtains permanent injunction against RomUniverse, owner ordered to destroy pirated games

At the very end of June, Nintendo pursued a permanent injunction against pirate site RomUniverse. A judge has now granted that request. RomUniverse’s owner Matthew Storman is prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, and playing unauthorized copies of Nintendo titles. Nintendo’s trademarks, logo’s, and names cannot be used in a “confusing” manner as well.
The judge has actually gone one step further, as Storman must destroy all pirated Nintendo games that he may still have in his possession.
The judge’s order states:
