Nintendo has updated the Japanese release schedule on its platforms for the week of November 7, 2019. Here’s a look at the upcoming digital download schedule:

Shigeru Miyamoto has worked at Nintendo for over forty years. He’s been responsible for some of the most iconic franchises in gaming having created Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and more. Yet despite being 66 years old with a long career, Miyamoto has no signs of slowing down.

Having been selected by the Japanese government to receive the Person of Cultural Merit, Miyamoto shared a few comments. One of those has him stating, “I’m going to do my best to keep doing new things so I don’t get asked if I’m about to retire.”

Headsnatchers

Last month, the party game Headsnatchers was announced for Switch. Publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer IguanaBee today revealed a final release date: November 7.

Still There

Still There, the sci-fi psychological adventure game announced for Switch back in August, has been given a release date. It’ll be out via the eShop on November 20, publisher Iceberg Interactive and developer GhostShark Games confirmed today.

Minecraft

A big Minecraft update is arriving on Switch today. It will include the official release of the new character creature, various elements like foxes, and much more.

Nintendo has a new Dragon Quest XI S video up with series creator Yuji Horii and the game’s producer Hokuto Okamoto. Below, the two developers discuss their favorite characters, monsters they like to battle, and more.

Gearbox Publishing and HoPoo Games are now offering a new update for Risk of Rain 2. Version 1.0.2 includes gyro aiming on Switch, the ability to use the d-pad in the menu, and bug fixes.
