Hello folks! I’m taking a quick break from my usual exhaustion to pass along a note about a position we currently have open on the site. We’re looking to add to the night shift news team – although depending on where you are in the world, it may not actually be a night shift!

Right now we want to have one more person on the team contribute 2-3 days per week for posting news on the site. The times are as follows:

Graphite Lab is bringing its overlooked Wii U title Hive Jump to Switch, the studio has announced. The game will be launching next month on the eShop.

Mario Kart Arcade GP DX has updated with some new content. Lakitu, a character who excels in handling, has been added as another character. New courses include Banana Labyrinth and DK Jungle.

Outside of content, Mario Kart Arcade GP DX has been updated with a few features. These include the ability to display your face on the results screen, time attack, and rankings.

NBA 2K19 has been updated on Switch again. Version 1.05 is now live, including several Switch-specific fixes.

Astroneer

System Era posted a new trailer for Astroneer today showing some of the first unreleased prototypes, and progression up to today. Watch it below.

Gunman Clive HD Collection

Gunman Clive HD Collection has been given a Switch release date. The digital collection is on track for January 17, creator Bertil Hörberg has announced.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2’s latest update went live today. Version 1.10.02 is out now, featuring My Raid Mode and new outfits.

Bandai Namco is also gearing up for Extra Pack 4 this week. Japan is getting Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Gogeta and Broly (Full Power Super Saiyan) on December 19, which could be as early as tomorrow in the west.

Niantic has announced that Deoxys is returning to Pokemon GO EX Raids, though slightly differently this time around. The creature has changed form and will be showing up as Attack Forme Deoxys.

Attack Forme Deoxys will appear with the next cycle of EX Raid invitations, after December 20. We have the full notice from Niantic below.
