Kirby Star Allies demo launches in Europe

For those with access to the European Switch eShop, a free demo for Kirby Star Allies is out now. You can find it by accessing the game’s store page in the “Coming Soon” section.

As far as we know, the Kirby Star Allies demo will not be out in North America today. However, as long as you create a European Nintendo Account, you should be able to download it regardless of your region.

New photos of the Guardian Nendoroid, pre-orders live

Retailers are starting to open pre-orders for the new Guardian Nendoroid from Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Currently, you can reserve it on Play-Asia here, Good Smile here, or AmiAmi here.
The Guardian Nendoroid is estimated for release in August. The package comes with some optional parts, including effect parts for the powerful beam attack, a translucent sheet to recreate the “Game Over” screen, and an Ancient Bow that can be used together with the separately sold Nendoroid Link from Breath of the Wild.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2’s new update will be launching tomorrow. Alongside that, a new set of useful items will be delivered to those who purchased the Expansion Pass.

NIS America store suffers from data breach

NIS America sent out emails tonight regarding a data breach that took place on the company’s online store. The breach took place between January 23 and February 26 of this year, affecting those who placed orders using credit cards. PayPal users were not impacted.
Since we’ve been posting about the limited editions for Switch games being offered through the NIS America store over the past several months, we felt that it would be important to relay the news. You can read the lengthy email in full from NIS America below about the situation.

Piczle Lines DX update out now (version 1.3) – 60 new puzzles added

Piczle Lines DX has received another free update, bringing along some substantial content. Players can access 60 new puzzles after downloading version 1.3.
The following three new puzzle packs have been added to Puzzle Mode, each with 20 unique puzzles:
– Fantasy (includes Knight, Wizard, Dragon)
– Science Fiction (includes Starship, Alien, The Moon)
– Fairy Tales (includes Beanstalk, Goldilocks, Ridinghood)
Piczle Lines DX will also be on sale between March 1 and March 15 for 30% off.

Splatoon 2’s new Goby Arena stage launches tomorrow

The new Goby Arena stage for Splatoon 2 is releasing tomorrow, Nintendo has announced. It’ll go live at the following times:
– 6 PM PT (March 1)
– 9 PM ET (March 1)
