Mario + Rabbids couldn’t have gone better for Ubisoft… well, aside from the initial leaks. Once the game was actually revealed at E3, it was given a proper chance, and what was initially shown seemed very promising. The final product ultimately delivered.

Not only has Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle been well received by both critics and players, but it has also sold very well. It’s thanks to all of the success that Ubisoft Milan has a bright future ahead.

The Count Lucanor is coming to Switch next month, Merge Games announced today. The game will be available on the eShop beginning October 28. Pricing is set at $14.99 / €14.99 / £11.99.

Fire Emblem Heroes received a bunch of new content today. Azura, Inigo, Olivia, and Shigure have been added for a Performing Arts festival. Players can experience paralogue maps, quests, and log-in bonuses. Check out some footage of the updates below.

8Bitdo has two new controllers in the pipeline for the Super NES Classic Edition. They come in two variants: SNES and Super Famicom.

Both controllers feature 2.4G wireless technology and a rechargeable lithium ion battery built in. 8Bitdo says it’s the “highest quality retro controller available, designed with attention and care”. You’ll receive the controller, 2.4G receive, and a USB cable with a purchase.

Darkest Dungeon

Darkest Dungeon appears to be making its way to Switch, judging off of a new video posted on the official Twitter account. Red Hook Studios posted a clip that seems to show its game running on Nintendo’s console.

Here’s the brief clip in question:


Darkest Dungeon, a roguelike turn-based RPG, originally came out last year and has been very well received. We have some additional information and a trailer below.

One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition is available on Switch today. It’s being sold both physically and digitally in Europe, but only as an eShop download in North America. Check out the game’s launch trailer below.

If you’ve purchased the SNES Classic Edition in Europe, you should find a slip inside with a code for 300 Platinum Points that can be added to your My Nintendo account. As far as we know, this isn’t included in the North American version. Last year’s NES Classic Edition did come with 300 Platinum Points of its own

A pair of Metroid: Samus Returns wallpapers are available on My Nintendo Europe. Both are pictured above, and cost 50 Platinum Points each. They’ll be on My Nintendo until March 1.

The two wallpapers can be ordered here. Nintendo added them to the North American site a little while back, and can be redeemed on the same page.
