The Crunchyroll anime app can be found on practically all major consoles. Of course, Wii U and Wii are included in that.

Crunchyroll has since shared a look at what its users like to watch more on Nintendo systems compared to other consoles. Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! seems to be a hit on Wii U, while Dream Festival! is watched on Wii quite a bit.

Have a look at the full results above.

Just like with the other maintenance period, certain network services such as online play, rankings, etc. may be impacted.

It shouldn’t come as a major surprise, but Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima will be presenting at the Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 next week. The invite pictured on 1-UP Studios’ Facebook page confirms as such. However, we can’t see the page in full, so it’s possible that Kimishima will be joined on stage by others.

Reception for the Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 opens at 12 PM local time on January 13. But as we’ve known for quite awhile, the event itself officially begins at 1 PM (8 PM PT / 11 PM ET on January 12). The East Hall 8 will be used at Tokyo Big Site.

Ahead of the Nintendo Switch Presentation next week, the event’s North American placeholder page is now up on YouTube. You can follow the countdown as the days progress and bookmark it for future reference. We’ll also share it once again for our live stream / blog post next Thursday.

Here’s where the stream will be held:

On another note, we’re almost one week away exactly from the presentation!

Thanks to Jake for the tip.

Before the plug was pulled on Disney Infinity, a whole bunch of figures were planned. We’ve previously seen designs for Peter Pan, Spider-Gwen, and plenty others.

An artist who worked on Disney Infinity has since revealed the existence of a Rogue One series. In an image posted on ArtStation, he writes that he sculpted a Baze Malbus model, but it was sadly cancelled.
