After it was teased last week, pre-orders for the Zelda: Twilight Princess True Form Midna statue have gone live.

Similar to past First 4 Figures offerings, a few different options are up for grabs. Regular, exclusive, and definitive editions are all live on the company’s website.

Their contents are as follows:

Mega Man animated series

We’ve known about the Mega Man animated series as early as 2015. Yet over the past few years, there has been relatively little information shared about the show.

We do have a slight update from the latest issue of Licensing Source Book Europe. A small blurb is present in the magazine, which shows a new name of “Mega Man: Fully Charged”. It’s expected to appear at this year’s licensing expo between May 22 and May 24. Along with the show on Cartoon Network, Jakks Pacific will apparently be making a toyline.

Here’s a synopsis for the show:

Devolver Digital and Megacat Studios have teamed up on a brand new SNES game, Fork Parker’s Crunch Out. All of Devolver Digital’s profits will benefit the Take This organization, a nonprofit charity dedicated to informing the gaming community about mental health issues, providing education and services within the industry and tackling mental illness prevention.

Here’s what to expect from Fork Parker’s Crunch Out:

According to the latest issue of Weekly Jump, the Nintendo Classic Mini Famicom Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Edition is coming to Japan. The hardware will be available on July 7 for 7,980 yen.

The FTC recently issued a warning to Nintendo and a few other companies regarding their handling of warranties. In response, the Big N complied and has changed the language in its terms.

Speaking about the update, Nintendo passed along the following statement to USgamer:

Mario had a series of different cartoons way back in the day. The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, and Super Mario World all ran on television in the late ’80s and early ’90s.

Phil Harnage was directly involved with the different cartoons. As a writer, he played a prominent role in determining how the different episodes would play out.

Capcom

Today, Capcom posted an overview of its strategies and plans for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019. As part of that, the company provides insight into growth strategies, and its focus going forward.

Capcom first highlights that, with new titles, it will “regularly release titles for major IP while also utilizing dormant IP and remakes”. Also a part of the company’s plan is to “extend sales life of catalog titles” and “strengthen digital downloads for both new and past titles”.

The latest episode of Nintendo’s Japanese show Nyannyan Neko Mario Time has now gone live. We’ve included it below.

Gunpei Yokoi

Gunpei Yokoi was involved with many projects at Nintendo on both the hardware and software front back in the day. But around the time that the unsuccessful Virtual Boy launched, Yokoi left the company. As it turns out though, that system’s failure wasn’t a direct cause of his departure.

Yokoi wrote about leaving Nintendo in the November 1996 issue of Japanese magazine Bungeishunju. Livedoor recently republished his piece, which gives us a chance to hear from him directly.
