Dragon Quest Treasures news

Square Enix has provided an update on the previously-announced Dragon Quest Treasures. Today, the company confirmed that the game is being made for Switch. Additionally, it will launch on December 9.

Dragon Quest Treasures is a new spinoff of the franchise that explores the childhood escapades of the siblings Erik and Mia, who first appeared in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age. A bit of additional information can be found below.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Showcase

Ubisoft will air a new Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Showcase on June 29, the company has announced.

Pac-Man World Re-Pac

Pac-Man World Re-Pac is coming to Switch, Bandai Namco has revealed. It will launch on August 26, 2022.

Originally released in 1999 for the PlayStation, Pac-Man World Re-Pac is a remake of the 3D platformer. It’ll include “smoother intuitive gameplay, updated visuals and a wider view of the action.”

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection is coming to Switch, Capcom has announced. A release is planned for 2023.

Three entries in Atlus’ acclaimed Persona series have finally been confirmed for Switch – specifically Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal. Persona 5 Royal will launch first on October 21.

Persona 3 Portable is the third version of the RPG. It added new features, including a playable female protagonist, new story elements and music, and a new interface.

Train Valley Console Edition

BlitWorks Games revealed today that it’s working with Flazm Interactive Entertainment to bring Train Valley: Console Edition to Switch. It’ll be out on July 27, 2022.

Train Valley: Console Edition is said to be “the ultimate version of the first installment of the praised train traffic management series that has been receiving fantastic user reviews on Steam, as it has been constant updates and improvements since it first launched on PC.” In the game, players can experience campaigns in the Americas, Europe, Japan, and the USSR. The German DLC is also included, which starts with World War I and goes to the Fall of the Berlin Wall and the modern Frankfurt Airport.

The Creepy Syndrome

Publisher JanduSoft and developer Boomfire Games today announced The Creepy Syndrome, a psychological horror adventure title. It’ll be available on Switch in Q4 2022.

A new update has just released for the intense rhythm-action game Thumper, and it’s actually a pretty sizeable one. This update is adding in a brand-new Practice Mode, adjusting leniency on restarting from checkpoints, changing how the score/rank tally is displayed for level 9 and addressing several other minor fixes and bugs.
