Goosebumps Dead of Night

A couple of months ago, Goosebumps: Dead of Night was announced for Switch. The game has now received a surprise release on the eShop today.

Goosebumps: Dead of Night is described as “a first-person spooky survival adventure game. It supports HD Rumble, touchscreen controls, and and gyroscopic movement.

I Am Dead

The puzzle adventure game I Am Dead will launch for Switch in September, Hollow Ponds, Richard Hogg, and Annapurna Interactive revealed today. The game will be sold digitally via the eShop.

Cris Tales

Earlier today, a demo for Cris Tales dropped on the Switch eShop. View some footage from the download below.

Cris Tales is scheduled to launch for Switch on November 17.

Untitled Goose Game

iam8bit, in collaboration with Panic and House House, today officially announced the Untitled Goose Game physical release.

The new boxed edition will be sold at major retailers in North America, Europe, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and other territories. There will also be an iam8bit-exclusive version known as the “Lovely Edition”. And if that wasn’t enough, a vinyl soundtrack is in the works as well.

Rogue Company

Rogue Company, the team shooter first announced for Switch during a Nintendo Direct last September, is getting released today. Hi-Rez Studios and First Watch Games have launched the title as an eShop download.

Hi-Rez says that players will initially gain access to an early beta ahead of the full release later this year. It’s being sold in three different versions:

Bandai Namco has shared the first screenshots of DLC character Mei Hatsume in My Hero One’s Justice 2. She’ll be joining the game’s roster this summer.

Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster was announced for Switch today with a Spring 2021 release window for the west. In Japan, however, the RPG is arriving much sooner. Japanese gamers will have access starting October 29.

A limited edition has also been revealed for Japan. It’ll include the game, the 106-page magazine “Ayakashi Special Final Issue,” two-disc “New Piano Arrange” and “Rare Soundtrack” CD set (37 tracks), “Amala Tenrinko” aroma lamp, and a vortex case. Pricing is set at 13,980 yen.

Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban!

Konami has dated Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! for Switch. In Japan, the game launches on November 19.

Here are some new details (via Gematsu), as well as a video:

The Nintendo Direct format has been going on for many years at this point, but Nintendo did something today that we haven’t really seen before. An entire Nintendo Direct Mini was dedicated to third-parties, and the announcement was made just a few hours before the presentation aired. We’ve seen indie-focused presentations before, but this was something entirely different.

For those that had any doubt, the Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase format will continue in the future. Nintendo says it will more details about the next broadcast “will be revealed in the future.” Additional broadcasts will follow later in 2020.
