The Elder Scrolls: Blades

We first found out that Bethesda would be bringing The Elder Scrolls: Blades at last year’s E3. But back in November, it was announced a delay that pushed the game to early 2020. We’re almost midway through the year without any sort of update, but Blades may finally be releasing on Switch next week.

The primary piece of information concerns what was included in this week’s Nintendo Download report. It seems to have gone under the radar, but The Elder Scrolls: Blades was actually listed for launch on May 12. We can also confirm that it was briefly listed for that same day on the official Nintendo UK page.

Nintendo has posted a new “Play Together” commercial to promote Switch and its games. Take a look at the advert below.

Bandai Namco recently announced Jump Force Deluxe Edition for Switch. The crossover game, featuring tons of characters from various anime and manga, will be released on Nintendo’s console.

Retailer listings have provided the official boxart, which we have below. Pre-orders are currently live on Amazon and GameStop.

Thy Sword, a retro inspired hack and slash roguelike, is due out for Switch on May 15. Find some early footage in the video below.

Thy Sword will be available on Switch as a digital download on the eShop.

Emma: Lost in Memories

According to an eShop listing, JanduSoft will soon be publishing the puzzle-platformer Emma: Lost in Memories on Switch. The game, made by Sandbloom Studio, arrives on May 15.

We’ve been gradually learning more about the additions and changes for Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition over the past few weeks. However, new information has come to light that reveals even more information about the Switch release. A post surfaced this week on 4chan that included the latest details as well as a look at the title screens – apparently stemming from a review copy.
