Why Mario isn’t playable in the Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope Rayman DLC

Mario was obviously a big part of the main experience of Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, but he actually wasn’t playable in the big Rayman DLC. Instead it was Rabbid Mario and Rabbid Peach that rounded out the lineup.
Speaking with Nintendo Everything, creative director Davide Soliani explained how the playable characters were decided. Soliani noted that that the Rabbids and Rayman compliment each other well in terms of comedy. Additionally, “Rayman was only a guest because otherwise it would have been like two IPs packed together, an existing one.”

Super Mario Bros. Wonder is now available, and we have the full voice cast list for the game – including the new ones.
In many ways, the game it’s the beginning of a new era for the franchise as a whole. One reason why is that several characters’ voice actors have been completely recast. While Kenny James remains as Bowser and Caety Sagoian returns as Bowser Jr., most other characters that appear have new voices. Today, we’re going over all the new Super Mario Bros. Wonder voice actors and which characters were affected.

Persona 4 Golden details Switch physical release

Limited Run Games has provided full details on its physical release of Persona 4 Golden on Switch. This was first confirmed when the same treatment was announced for Persona 3 Portable last month.
Persona 4 Golden will be sold standalone, with a Grimoire Edition, and a Midnight Channel Edition. The Grimoire Edition contains the game, slipcover, grimoire book box, and steelbook. The Midnight Channel Edition has everything we just mentioned plus a lenticular box, slipcover, official soundtrack, premium trading card set, Yu Naurkami’s glasses and display stand, All Out Attack 3D shadow box, Metal Teddie statuette, ending photo, Midnight Channel pin, and individually numbered certificate of authenticity.

Sea of Stars update out now (version 1.0.46131), patch notes

Sea of Stars just got a new update, with Sabotage Studio starting distribution of version 1.0.46131.
While it doesn’t bring along big features, the patch is significant in the sense that there’s actually a lot here. There are some small additions, adjustments, improvements, and tons of fixes.

Lil Gator Game getting physical release on Switch

Super Rare Games announced today that in partnership with Playtonic and Megawobble on a physical release of Lil Gator Game for Switch.
The title will be available standalone as well as with a Steelbook Edition and Collector’s Edition. Each copy includes all the current content on it’s physical cartridge, a full color manual, interior artwork, an exclusive sticker, and trading cards. The Steelbook Edition, naturally, features a steelbook case plus a sleeve and postcard. The collector’s edition includes everything along with four steelbook character magnets, color-me-in story book, pack of six crayons, four silicone wristbands, enamel pin badge, full set of trading cards, Lil Gator sticker, steelbook slip case, and postcard.
Nintendo of America boss on crunch, not pressuring teams

Nintendo of America president Doug Bowser has again commented on crunch, and reconfirmed that the company doesn’t pressure its teams to meet a certain deadline.
Bowser was asked about the subject in a recent interview with Inverse. The site brought up the recent news topic about how the Super Mario Bros. Wonder development team wasn’t given a deadline during its prototype stage.

RoboCop: Rogue City seeming cancelled on Switch

Nacon has apparently cancelled plans for a Switch version of RoboCop: Rogue City.
On the official Facebook page, one fan asked about the status of the game for Nintendo’s platform. Stated in response was the following: “At this moment, we don’t have any plans for a Nintendo Switch release.”
