Paladins adding gyro controls on Switch next month

One of the more requested features for the Switch version of Paladins are gyro controls. Hi-Rez Studios is following through on those wishes, as the functionality is confirmed to be on the way.
Paladins will be getting gyro controls sometime in November. This was confirmed in the latest episode of Nintendo Minute, which we posted earlier today. For those who missed it, you can see the new controls in action here.

Alwa’s Awakening sells as much on Switch in its first week as original launch month on Steam

Alwa’s Awakening is doing rather well on Switch thus far. Mikael Forslind from Elden Pixels shared some initial information about its performance on Twitter.
According to Forslind, Alwa’s Awakening has sold as much in its first week on Switch as it did the entire first month when it originally launched on Steam. The game launched on September 27 and can be found on the eShop.

Following the successful launch and sales numbers of Valkyria Chronicles 4 on Switch, SEGA has continued to promote the game through developer insight and videos.

My Nintendo adds Super Mario Party wallpaper in Europe

Super Mario Party is now available around the world on Switch. To celebrate, My Nintendo has added in a new wallpaper for European members. It can be redeemed here.
The wallpaper costs 50 Platinum Points. It can be used with PCs, smartphones, and tablets.

A look at Super Mario Party’s inner boxart

Nintendo often does a bit more with its Switch boxarts than most. Whereas some games have absolutely nothing inside, the Big N tends to make things a bit more exciting.
