BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle

Arc System Works announced today that they will be conducting an open beta test for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle in Japan next month. The test will take place from May 11th to May 13th. To take part, you will need to download a special demo version of the game that’ll be available on the Japanese eShop starting on May 11th. During the open beta,  you will be able to use all of the game’s non-DLC characters. The following modes will be playable: Casual Lobby, Tactics Mode and Versus Mode (against CPU).

Even after the open beta period is over, you will still be able to play the demo version – with some restrictions: you won’t be able to use all of the characters and you will only be able to play offline.
