fire emblem heroes Abyss & Múspell

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have unveiled the latest summoning event for Fire Emblem Heroes, Abyss & Múspell. It will include Yuri: Ashen Valiant (voiced by Alejandro Saab and art by Saori Toyota), Constance: Fallen Noble (voiced by Kristen Day, art by yoshihisa), Hapi: Drawn-Out Sigh (voiced by Christine Marie Cabanos, art by Hirooka Masaki), and Múspell: Flame God (voiced by Jason Charles Miller, art by Suzuhito Yasuda). A new story chapter, “Deceit” is planned as well.

We also have news about the different character skills that can be learned for the Fire Emblem Heroes Abyss & Múspell event. Yuri’s lineup includes Honrable Blade, Foul Play, Glimmer, C Duel Infantry 4, and Time’s Pulse 3. Constance’s skills include Agnea’s Arrow, Harsh Command+, Atk/Spd Push 4, A/S Far Trace 3, and Spd/Res Rein 3. Hapi can use Demonic Tome, Glimmer, Atk/Res Catch 4, and A/R Far Trace 3. Finally, the skills for Múspell are Flamelick Breath, Rally Up Atk+, AR-D Def/Res 4, Dragon Wall 3, and Domain of Flame.

The latest demon trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V is in from Atlus, and we now have a look at Clotho. It has been a prominent creature in the series since Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.

Raw Thrills’ arcade racer Cruis’n Blast is finally here on Switch, and we now have pure gameplay showing off the game.

Nintendo has announced a new tournament event for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, which puts the focus on Assist Trophies. Many of them will appear while the event is active. The more you win during the tourney, the better the types of spirits you’ll receive.

Assist Trophies have been a staple of Super Smash Bros. since Super Smash Bros. Brawl on Wii. These items can be used in battle to have a random character come in and help you in battle.

Phantom Breaker: Omnia delayed

Rocket Panda Games, Mages, and GameLoop today announced that their fighting title Phantom Breaker: Omnia has been delayed. It’s now planned for early 2022.

Phantom Breaker: Omnia was announced for Switch last October. The game was originally on track for release sometime this year.

Speaking about the delay for Phantom Breaker: Omnia, producer Masaki Sakari said that “the porting and localization processes have taken longer than I anticipated.” Read his full statement below. 

switch update 13.0.0

Nintendo has just issued a new 13.0.0 firmware update for Switch. All users worldwide can download the new upgrade now.

Today’s update comes with support for Bluetooth audio, with compatibility offered for headphones, earbuds, speaks, and more. Other features include an “Update Dock” feature, a “Maintain Internet Connection in Sleep Mode” option, and more.

bonfire peaks release date

Bonfire Peaks now has a release date on Switch, with the game receiving a release date on Switch for this first month. It had previously been announced for the platform back in July.

Bonfire Peaks is a voxel puzzle game from Draknek & Friends. You can learn a bit more about the game below.

Steel Assault

Steel Assault was previously only announced for PC, but we now have confirmation that it will be on Switch as well. The game will be available on September 28, so it’s just a couple of weeks away.

Steel Assault is a 16-bit retro-style action platformer, all shown in detailed pixel art and with modulation-synthesized tunes. It comes from publisher Tribute Games, the studio that previously made Panzer Paladin and is currently working on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. The project is being developed by Zenovia as its debut title.
