Warframe

Digital Extremes surprised everyone last weekend by announcing Warframe for Switch. Panic Button, who has significant porting experience with the platform, is bringing this one over.

When Warframe does come to Switch, it won’t support cross-platform play. This isn’t just a Switch thing, as it’s the case on other platforms as well. However, Digital Extremes isn’t ruling out the feature entirely for the future.

After a short break, Nintendo has returned with a new Hint Art for Super Mario Odyssey. The latest image, posted on the official Japanese Twitter account, can be found above.

Just like with past Hint Art shared online, you won’t get a Power Moon for solving the puzzle. You’ll just be given a small little reward, so this is just something else to do in the game.

The Yakuza franchise has never really found a home on Nintendo consoles. Aside from Yakuza 1 & 2 on Wii U a few years ago, the series hasn’t appeared on a Nintendo platform.

Recently, French site Gameblog spoke with Yakuza producer Daisuke Sato. Sato was asked about the possibility of the series appearing on a system like Switch (and Xbox One). Unfortunately, the idea was mostly shot down with Sato pointing out the poor performance of Yakuza 1 & 2 on Wii U and stating that the system “may not be the ideal platform.”

When will Inazuma Eleven Ares be launching in Japan? We may finally get an answer on August 26. This month’s CoroCoro notes that a presentation for Inazuma Eleven Ares will be held on August 26.

CoroCoro adds that Inazuma Eleven Ares has a “Scout” system in which players can create their own team with any player from the Raimon Junior High School, Seishou Academy, Outei Tsukinomiya Junior High, Teikoku Academy, Eisei Academy, Hakuren Junior High, Zeus Junior High, Kidokawa Seishuu Junior High, and Tonegawa Tousen Junior High teams. There is also a command battle system with high action and psychological warfare where players can get the feel of a real soccer game.

To promote the upcoming release of Inazuma Eleven Ares, Inazuma Eleven for Nintendo 3DS will be released on the eShop for free this summer in Japan.
