Chucklefish introduces Wargroove’s Archer unit

Chucklefish is sharing new information about its turn-based strategy title Wargroove. The studio has started to show how some of the units look across all four of the game’s different factions.
The Soldier unit was introduced last week. This time around, we have an update on Archers.

The Alliance Alive coming west on March 27, new character trailer

Atlus has announced that The Alliance Alive is scheduled for March 27 in the west. North America will be receiving a physical launch edition containing a copy of the game, collector’s box, art book, CD soundtrack, and keychain. The Alliance Alive appears to be digital-only in Europe.
Along with today’s news, we also have a new character trailer for The Alliance Alive. The video, shown below, introduces the party Daemon characters. We have the following overview:

Blossom Tales launches December 21 on Switch

Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King is releasing for Switch on December 21, FDG Entertainment announced today. The game will be a console-exclusive.

Splatoon 2 – North American Splatfest #5 art

The fifth North American Splatfest in Splatoon 2 is taking place this weekend. To celebrate, Nintendo has released new art, attached above.
Splatoon 2 players have been asked which bad holiday gift they would rather receive: sweaters or socks. You can make your voice heard when the event begins at 9 PM PT on December 15 / 12 AM ET on December 16.

Physical version of Runner3 announced

Runner3 will be on Switch towards the start of 2018. When it does release, it won’t just be an eShop title. Nicalis announced a partnership with Choice Provisions today that will bring fans a physical version.
You’ll be able to find Runner3 on store shelves in Q1 2018. The physical version will be priced at $39.99. Given Nicalis’ past, it’ll probably come with some goodies other than just the game on a cartridge.

Human: Fall Flat update out today (version 1.2)

Curve Digital has announced that an update is arriving for Human: Fall Flat on Switch today. It will be upgraded to version 1.2.
New functionality has been added to Human: Fall Flat. Once the patch is applied, local two-player player co-op can be played on a split pair of Joy-Con controllers, as well as two Joy-Cons per player, or a Switch Pro Controller.

Arc System Works putting Simple Mahjong Online on the Japanese Switch eShop next week

Arc System Works has yet another title in the works for Switch. Next week, Simple Mahjong Online will be releasing on the eShop. It’s slated for December 21 with an 800 yen price point.

Psyonix has announced a release date for the physical version of Rocket League on Switch. Known as the Rocket League Collector’s Edition, it’s due out on the following dates:
– January 16 for North America
– January 24 for Australia and New Zealand
– January 25 for Central Europe
– January 26 for remaining Europe, Israel, Middle East, Russia, and South Africa (players in Europe should contact their local retailer for availability details)
