In Europe, Metroid Prime: Hunters was added to the European Wii U Virtual Console today. Get a look at the DS game with the footage posted below.

At the Tokyo Game Show today, Capcom held a special stage for Monster Hunter Stories. Here’s a roundup of new information shared:

– New Felyne NPC called Popora
– Game will use QR codes to unlock content and share team data, etc.
– Has StreetPass battles similar to Dragon Quest Monsters
– Also has StreetPass dungeons sort of like Dragon Quest IX
– Capcom will also add all sorts of rules for making tournaments so you can customize your online battles and have fun
– Zelda DLC with 7-11 between October 14 and November 13; receive Link’s Master Sword, Link’s tunic, and a special title on your Rider card
– More Zelda DLC between December 16 and January 15; receive Epona as an Otomon, Majora’s Mask, stamps
– Musician Daigo is also doing the commercials for the game, and will appear in an episode of the anime

Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters is set for December 1 in Japan, Bandai Namco announced today. It’ll cost 5,700 yen at retail, while the eShop version will be sold at a discounted price of 5,130 yen until December 28. Those who pre-order the game at shops between October 8 and October 24 will be given a Super Rare Special Appmon Chip, “Onmon.”

Ahead of Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters, fans will be able to download the free-to-play Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters Cyber Arena from the eShop. The download, slated for September 21, allows save data to be transferred to the full version. Appmon Chips work as well.

A few minutes of footage has come in for Grand Prix Rock ‘N Racing, which is out on the Wii U eShop today. See the gameplay below.

Today, Capcom announced that its IC Card-based 3DS game will release in Japan on December 8. It will be free-to-play with item-based micro-transactions. Capcom is also planning a 5,800 yen Collector’s Package and 9,800 yen Complete Edition special editions.
