3Souls – Episode 1: Nelesa hitting the European Wii U eShop on July 28

Red Column has determined that 3Souls – Episode 1: Nelesa will release in Europe on July 28. North America will follow “a few weeks later”.
The first episode will be priced at €3.60 / £3.20 / $3.90. Additional episodes (2 and 3) will have lower prices.
3Souls makes use of the GamePad for gameplay, and a co-op mode incorporates the use of a Wii Remote or Wii U Pro Controller.

Dragon Ball Fusions – updated trailer shows off recently revealed features

Dragon Ball Fusions has been getting updates recently for its upcoming Japanese release, and Bandai Namco has released an updated version of the original trailer that shows some of these off. These include different fusions, Street Pass, and the cameo of Akira Toriyama character Arale. You can check it out below:

Nintendo: Splatoon’s “general online experience and service will continue”

Later this month, Splatoon will be holding its very final Splatfest. The news prompted some players to be concerned about the future of the shooter’s online gameplay in general. Thankfully, there’s nothing to fear. Nintendo told Kotaku that Splatoon’s “general online experience and service will continue.”
The last Splatfest will be held around the world beginning on July 22 for a full two days. Players are being asked to choose between the two Squid Sisters: Callie or Marie.

Miitomo – new Miitomo Drop stage (7/3/16)

Miitomo has been updated with new content once again. Players can nab some new items in the latest Miitomo Drop stage, “Made of star stuff… Starlight Style #2”.
Available items include:
– Stardust hairband
– Star suit
– Lamé star tee
– Stardust socks
Users can select Miitomo Drop stages from the Shop tab. Miitomo coins or game tickets are needed to play.

Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 launches September 30 in the west alongside double pack

Azure Striker Gunvolt 2 will launch on September 30 in the west, Inti Creates revealed at Anime Expo today. You’ll need to fork over $14.99 for the download.
Alternatively, you can spend $30 on the Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack, which has finally been confirmed for overseas territories. The package will include both games in the series – Azure Striker Gunvolt 1 and 2. As expected, Yacht Club Games is publishing.
A rating in Australia originally confirmed plans to have the Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack in the west. That means it should be released in North America as well as PAL regions.
Also announced today is a special Azure Striker Gunvolt anime OVA for this winter. However, we don’t have specifics just yet.


Hotel Dusk team’s Chase: Cold Case Investigations coming west this fall

In May, Chase: Cold Case Investigations – Distant Memories released on the Japanese 3DS eShop. It was a new game from Arc System Works, with Hotel Dusk: Room 215 director Taisuke Kanasaki and former CING employees on board for the project.
Today, Aksys Games announced at its Anime Expo panel that the title will be heading west. It’ll be available this fall on the eShop.
Chase: Cold Case Investigations stars detectives Shounosuke Nanase and Koto Amekura as they investigate a reopened case about an explosion and death. It was originally determined to be an accident, but an anonymous caller informs the division that it was actually murder.
