Super Mario Run’s latest event is now up and running. Until February 16, players can partake in Gold Goomba Lite.
This is a version of the Gold Goombas event in which you have an easier chance to obtain certain rewards. By defeating Gold Goombas in World Tour, you can get these special items. Icons will appear on courses where Gold Goombas can be found.

Fire Embem Heroes – One year celebration and summoning focus

Getting a lot of good stuff to celebrate the first anniversary of Fire Emblem Heroes. Firstly today players will be getting a 50 orb present. There will also be log in bonuses that you can claim 20 orbs up to 10 days lasting til February 17th. Special maps have also opened up for players to earn more orbs til the 26th. And until February 9th players can earn double EXP and SP.
There is also a summoning focus including Brave Ike, Sigurd, Nephenee, and Brave Lyn. It shall be open until February 9th.

Fire Emblem Heroes: A Hero Rises event now live – vote on the number-one Hero

Fire Emblem Heroes is celebrating its first anniversary with a special event. Starting today, fans can vote on who the number-one Hero is as part of “A Hero Rises”.
Voting can be done here. The first round starts today (ends February 12), while the final round starts on February 15 (ends February 19). The top Hero will be given to players as a present at a later date as a 5-star unit.

Miitomo has been updated with more content. Users will find a new stage, along with some brand new items.
“A dangerous temptation! Devilishly Fashionable #1” is the new stage. It includes the following:
– Dragon queen set (headband)
– Dragon queen set (top)
– Dragon queen set (skirt)
– Dragon queen set (boots)
And as far as the new items go, you can nab the following:
– Jet cap
– Coach’s jacket
– 2-tone crew socks

Pokemon Duel: Update 5.0.8 out now, adds new figures, plates and Ultra Space

A new patch was released today for Pokemon Duel, which brings the game up to version 5.0.8. The biggest draw of this update are the new figures it adds, which are as follows:
UX: Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Mega Gallade
EX: Gallade, Bewear
R: Poliwrath, Hypno
UC: Makuhita, Hypno
Several now plates have also been added: Mighty Sphere, Winged Sphere and Galladite.
Finally, the previously announced Ultra Space has also been added, which is an area in which Ultra Beasts have greatly enhanced movement capabilities.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp: Lottie’s Gothic Rose Festival event now live

Another new event is now live in Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. It features Lottie and it is called Lottie’s Gothic Rose Festival. The event plays similar to the Rover’s Garden Safari event and is divided into two parts. The first part begins now and runs into February 6th, while the second part of the event will run from February 6th until February 10th.
The description of the events explains that Lottie has come to your campsite in search of cool bats. In order to help her, you need to grow gothic roses that can attract bats and then catch them for her. There is also a second set of tasks for the second part of the event, which you will still be able to complete the first set of task during this part of the event. Completing these tasks will give you event exclusive furniture and clothing.

Once the event is over, these items will then be converted into Bells.

We have three main goals when it comes to our smart-device business. We aim to utilize smart devices as a platform to reach the maximum number of consumers with our IP. We also hope to grow the smart-device business into a pillar of revenue for Nintendo. Furthermore, we aim to generate synergy with our dedicated video game systems to maximize the potential of our overall business strategies. Just as Super Mario Run particularly contributes to expanding the reach of Nintendo IP, each application has different characteristics and goals with respect to these overall business aims. Rather than achieving each of these aims with a single application, we are striving to use multiple applications to achieve these goals for the business as a whole.
In September of last year, Super Mario Run received a major update, version 3.0. At the financial results briefing in October of last year, we reported that Super Mario Run had achieved 200 million total downloads, and the number of downloads has continued to increase since then. We are maintaining a base of approximately 20 million monthly active users. This game helps to maximize the number of people who have access to Nintendo IP by providing a Mario game that a wide variety of users around the world can enjoy.
