Ben Bero Beh

Ben Bero Beh is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch, Hamster has announced. It will launch worldwide on October 1.

Taito originally created Ben Bero Beh in 1984. The arcade platformer has players controlling the superhero Ben, who needs to make his way through a burning apartment complex and save his girlfriend.

Pricing for Arcade Archives Ben Bero Beh is set at $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

Flipon

Pixelnest Studio has announced Flipon, “a fun and juicy puzzle game”. It will release via the eShop on October 8.

Jump Rope Challenge

When Nintendo announced Jump Rope Challenge, the company said Jump Rope Challenge would be removed after September 30. It seems the company has now reversed that decision. Jump Rope Challenge “will be available until further notice and will not be removed”, Nintendo said just a short while ago.

We also have a slight statistics update. Players have recorded 2.5 billion total jumps, Nintendo has confirmed.

The 2.5D beat ’em up game WarDogs: Red’s Return is in development for Switch, QUByte Interactive and Mito Games announced today. A release window is not yet known.

QUByte Interactive and Minimol Games have confirmed that Knight’s Retreat, a puzzle title and “chess game without any chess”, is coming to Switch. The companies did not provide a release date as part of today’s announcement.
