Magical Drop II is next week’s NeoGeo game on Switch

The European Switch eShop has updated with news about next week’s NeoGeo game. On June 29, Magical Drop II will be available.
Here’s an overview from the listing:
“Magical Drop II is a puzzle game released by Data East in 1996.
Justice makes her appearance and even more exhilaration battles are ready to unfold.
Control lively, highly expressive characters and enjoy creating amazing combo chains with easy-to-use controls!
Challenge a friend and see whose puzzles techniques reign supreme.”
Magical Drop II will cost $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29.

10tons bringing several games to Switch

10tons has several games in the pipeline for Switch. The publisher’s full lineup for the platform was confirmed today.
Neon Chrome (sci-fi twin stick shooter with RPG elements) and Sparkle 2 (marble shooter match-three action puzzle game) are planned for Q3. 10tons’ new games Time Recoil, Tesla vs Lovecraft, and JYDGE will be released on Switch simultaneously with other console platforms.
Tero Alatalo, CEO of 10tons, said of today’s news:
“As a multiplatform developer and publisher, we couldn’t be more excited about our upcoming Nintendo Switch support. The Switch is an amazing device and a perfect fit for our games. We’re in very special position as all our games have been carefully designed for both big screen and small screen play. Our custom engine allows us to squeeze maximum performance from the device as well.”

Nintendo’s site now lists GoNNER for release on June 29

GoNNER was initially supposed to come to Switch on June 8. Unfortunately, the game ended up seeing a last-minute delay, so it didn’t meet its original date.
Nintendo’s website now lists GoNNER for June 29. We’ll wait until we have a confirmation, but hopefully this means a release is planned before the end of this month.

Touch Battle Tank SP released on the Japanese Switch eShop

Without any prior notice, Touch Battle Tank SP has made its way to the Japanese Switch eShop. It’s out now for 500 yen.
A few different Touch Battle Tank games have been made for 3DS. On Switch, Silver Star Japan has included some new features like an enemy radar and splitting up normal / extra missions into separate categories (meaning you don’t have to clear normal missions to access the extra ones).
