RiffTrax: The Game

What the Dub?! creator Wide Right Interactive and RiffTrax, the team behind Mystery Science Theater 3000, have announced that they’re teaming up on RiffTrax: The Game. It’s slated for a May 5, 2022 release on Switch.

RiffTrax: The Game is described as “the definitive movie heckling party title”. It includes over 250 movies clips, new game modes, Twitch integration, and more ways to connect players.

Vengeful Heart

Top Hat Studios, in collaboration with developer Salmon Snake, announced today that it will soon be putting Vengeful Heart on Switch. It will release in late March.

Vengeful Heart is a retro futuristic visual novel that you playing as Josephine Lace, who goes on a mission to take down “the system that ruined her and starts looking for more broken hearts to achieve her promised revenge”. More information can be found below.

City Wars: Tokyo Reign

Chrono Faction is back in the news, with the game receiving a new City Wars: Tokyo Reign title.

The project was first made known for Switch last August. Mojo Bones has been tinkering away on the game since then, and felt that City Wars: Tokyo Reign would ultimately suit it better.

Dark Deity gameplay

With Dark Deity set to arrive on Switch this week, some early gameplay has surfaced. The strategy RPG has received 23 minutes of footage.

Publisher RedDeerGames and developer Einzelartig Games have announced that Inukari – Chase of Deception will release on Switch eShop later this week on March 18, and have shared a new trailer of the game. Players interested can find out more about the game and check out the new trailer below:

A new update has just released for Pokemon Unite, bringing the game to version 1.4.1.7. It is addressing some bugs, providing balance changes and adding some form of achievements to the game.

Move or Die: Unleashed gameplay

Move or Die: Unleashed made its debut on Switch this week, and gameplay has since surfaced. 20 minutes of footage shows off the fast-paced party game.

Astrodogs Switch

It’s taken a bit longer than expected, but Astrodogs now has a final release date on Switch.

The Star Fox 64-inspired shoot ’em up title was announced for Switch back in 2020. The game landed on PC last year, and for the Switch edition, there’ll be some additions and improvements. Dynamic Media Triad has implemented optional gyro controls, rebalanced levels, features like a level select and checkpoints before boss fights, an alternate way to unlock the true ending path, and more.
