Little Nightmares II

Bandai Namco and Tarsier Studios have finally set a proper release date for Little Nightmares II, the sequel to the puzzle-platformer horror adventure game. The title is now confirmed for release on February 11, 2021.

Today’s news was also accompanied by the very first gameplay trailer. Check out the video in its entirety below.

During Gamescom: Opening Night Live, Focus Home Interactive and Gasket Games announced Warhammer: Age of Sigmar Storm Ground. It will launch on Switch in 2021.

Headup Games and ClockStone have announced Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead, a new take on the Bridge Constructor formula. It will launch in 2020.

Neko Navy: Daydream Edition

First Press Games has teamed up with Death Mofumofu and Fruitbat Factory to produce a physical version of Neko Navy: Daydream Edition, Switch’s horizontal scrolling shooter. It will release in December.

Fans will be able to choose between a standard release (€39.99) or collector’s edition (€74.99). The latter version comes with an range of additional merchandise and other bonuses, including one from three cute plushes of the game’s cat cast. Keep in mind that only 1,000 units of the collector’s edition will be produced. Additionally, those that make a purchase of either version by October 3 will be given a numbered bronze-colored collector’s coin.

The physical release of Neko Navy: Daydream Edition will be offered exclusively through First Press Games’ online store. Pre-orders open on August 29 at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM in the UK / 3 PM in Europe.

Gamescom: Opening Night Live 2020

Gamescom 2020 abandoned its in-person expo like many events this year, but the show goes on with a full digital experience. The fun kicks off today with Gamescom: Opening Night Live, which starts at 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET / 7 PM in the UK / 8 PM in Europe. There should also be a pre-show beforehand.

A couple of Switch games are already confirmed here, including Little Nightmares II and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. We’ll have to see what else is in store.

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition

It’s been revealed that Frontier Developments is bringing Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition to Switch.

The news was revealed early on an official Facebook page with a trailer. That post has since been removed, but the video has been preserved online.

We don’t have all of the details just yet, but the “Complete Edition” name indicates that DLC will be bundled in. We also have a release date of November 3.

Publisher Modus Games and developer Modus Studios Brazil today announced Override 2: Super Mech League, a follow-up to Override: Mech City Brawl. A release is planned for this holiday on Switch.

A physical version of Fight of Gods is on the way to Japan, Cosen and Digital Crafter have announced. It will launch on December 31 for 2,970 yen.
