Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity update out now (version 1.3.0), patch notes
Posted on 3 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in News, Switch | 0 comments
A new 1.3.0 update has just gone out for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. For the most part, it’s all about preparing for the big Guardian of Remembrance DLC.
As a reminder, the new DLC is going live on October 29. It comes with new playable characters, additional stages, and new story sequences. Purah & Robbie have been confirmed as a duo character, though oddly the identity of the other one has not been revealed. In any case, the new story involves the Battle for Kakariko Village, Battle of Goponga village, and more with players being able to learn more about the Champions and the mysterious Guardian. You’ll be able to see how the Coliseum and Lanayru Road looked 100 years in the past, along with other iconic locations in brand-new story stages.
Below are the full patch notes for the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity version 1.3.0 update:

Is Metroid Dread better than Super Metroid?
Posted on 3 years ago by Luiz in Features, Switch, Videos | 0 comments
It’s been more than two weeks since the launch of Metroid Dread, and while the hype has settled down a little, I imagine that now’s a good time to analyze the game in a more grounded perspective. I decided to put Dread to the ultimate test: is it better than Super Metroid? It made sense to think about them in this way since Super Metroid is still the most acclaimed entry in the series and it is often used as a reference for a good Metroid game.
In today’s video, I discuss how both Metroid Dread and Super Metroid are products of their time, with each one hitting the right spots in different moments. Watch until the end to see my personal conclusion and share yours in the comments.
