Star Wars Pinball, CastleStorm getting new DLC this week

Zen Studios is releasing DLC for Star Wars Pinball and CastleStorm on Wii U this week.
Starting on Thursday, players can purchase Star Wars Pinball’s first expansion known as “Balance of the Force”. Pricing is set at $9.99 / €9.99.

HullBreach Studios working on SDK Paint for Wii U

In addition to HullBreach: Uncloaked, HullBreach Studios is working on a second project for Wii U.
Earlier tonight, the developer confirmed “SDK Paint” for the eShop – a paint app made with the Nintendo Web Framework.

SDK Paint will offer layer-based painting, local saving and online publishing to Miiverse and sdkpaint.com, a 3D raycasted museum, “gyroscope and accelerometer pseudo-3D preview effect for artwork layers”, and the ability to save art as MPO files.
SDK Paint is due out in Q3 2014. It’ll be available for $1.99.

Wii U/3DS eShop maintenance taking place on Thursday

The latest round of Nintendo maintenance will be taking place on Thursday. According to a page on the company’s website, the Wii U and 3DS eShops are both expected to be affected. The maintenance period will take place between 1 PM PT and 5 PM PT.
It’s also worth mentioning that Pokemon X and Pokemon Y will be seeing their own round of downtime. Maintenance for the two games is set to occur at 5 PM PT on Monday, lasting through 7 AM PT the following day. Online play, rankings, and other online elements may be affected.

Super Robo Mouse expected in June

RCMADIAX just released its first Wii U eShop game – BLOK DROP U – on Thursday. But as we’ve known, the indie developer also has more titles in the works such as Super Robo Mouse.
Earlier today, RCMADIAX shared a new screenshot from the game on Twitter. The developer also confirmed plans for a tentative June launch.

Robot Invader shows some interest in bringing Wind-up Knight to Wii U/3DS

Robot Knight has shown some interest in releasing Wind-up Knight on Wii U and 3DS.
One fan asked the studio on Twitter if it has any plans to release the game on Nintendo’s platforms. Robot Knight would “love to do it,” though no commitment was made.
