Upcoming maintenance: 3DS and Wii U

Nintendo has started to update its upcoming maintenance schedule for the next few days, which currently only involves 3DS and Wii U. Two different periods are currently planned leading up to Monday.

Shovel Knight: King of Cards now planned for the latter half of 2018

Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing Shovel Knight: King of Cards anytime soon. Yacht Club Games provided an update on the expansion’s release this week, revealing that it’s now planned for the latter half of 2018.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild is the game that keeps giving. More than a year following the game’s launch, fans continue to find secrets.
One such secret was shared by player kamuilyn a few hours ago. There’s something going on with the Trial of the Sword that some may not have been aware of previously.

Winners of the 2018 BAFTA Game Awards

Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey received several nominations at the 2018 BAFTA Game Awards. The awards ceremony has just wrapped up, and between the two, both titles secured a few wins.
Super Mario Odyssey actually took home the most wins at two for the game design and family categories. Zelda: Breath of the Wild was chosen for the innovation award.

Shovel Knight surpasses two million copies sold – Switch at 370k, fastest-selling platform and most revenue

Yacht Club Games announced a major sales milestone for Shovel Knight today. Since its original launch, the game has sold over two million copies across all platforms.
On Switch, Yacht Club says Shovel Knight is at 370,000 units sold. It’s the third best-selling platform behind Windows and 3DS. Despite that, Shovel Knight has sold faster on Switch than on any other platform, and it’s generated the most revenue as well.
