Because of several leaks, it’s been a poorly kept secret that Blizzard has been working on Overwatch for Switch. The news was finally made official today during the latest Nintendo Direct.

Overwatch will launch for Switch on October 15.

Today’s Nintendo Direct will be starting in an hour from now. Nintendo will be kicking off the broadcast at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET / 11 PM in the UK / 12 AM in Europe.

As previously mentioned, the Nintendo Direct will focus in 2019 games. Expect to hear more about Pokemon Sword/Shield, Luigi’s Mansion 3, and many more games.

You can watch the Nintendo Direct as it happens below. We’ll also have a live blog going past the break. Finally, new posts will be added to the site throughout and after the presentation.

Trials of Mana

Trials of Mana has just received a listing on the PlayStation UK store. With that, we may have the game’s release date and pre-order bonuses.

If the store page is accurate, Trials of Mana will be launching on April 24, 2020. It will include the Rabite Adornment DLC and avatar set as pre-order bonuses. The avatar set features Duran, Angela, Kevin, Charlotte, Hawkeye, and Riesz.

Following a leak not too long ago involving an Overwatch Switch case, the game itself has apparently now been confirmed.

Kotaku has a new report that mentions the case as well as a separate European retailer leak that lists an October 18 release. The site believes this should translate to a date around October 15 for North America. Additionally, Kotaku writes that it has “confirmed its veracity with two of our own sources.”
