Switch

Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry is likely seeing a release on Switch. That’s based on a classification from Germany, as the game was rated for Nintendo’s console earlier this month.

Originally launched at the end of last year, Leisure Suit Larry – Wet Dreams Don’t Dry continues the series’ point-and-click gameplay. You can find more information about it below, along with a trailer.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will initially support English and Japanese. French and German language support will be added later.

As we don’t have the official announcement from Capcom just yet, it’s unclear if Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be getting a physical version overseas. We’ll keep you updated on that front.

A European retailer listing has provided the boxart for Saints Row: The Third – The Full Package. We have it above.

The same listing also reveals that two pieces of DLC have been omitted. The Bloodsucker Pack and Unlockable Pack were left out due to “game balance and improvement based on feedback.” The former DLC featured the Dracula Blood Sucking Skill and bonuses while the latter instantly unlocked all mission choice-related unlockables. All other content is included on the game card.

A new Pokemon Direct will be held on February 27, Nintendo just announced. We should be finding out about the next entry in the series for Switch.

The Pokemon Direct will air at the following times:

Capcom dated three classic Resident Evil games for Switch earlier today. We also received confirmation that two of those titles, Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 1, will be bundled together as a physical option. However, not everything is as it seems.

Similar to North America, Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 1 will be getting the Resident Evil Origins Collection bundle in Japan. There is one downside though: Resident Evil 1 will be offered as a download code. That means Resident Evil 0 will be on cartridge, but not the other game.

We also have an update on Resident Evil 4 as Capcom says it will be download-only in Japan. That means, as of now, there will not be any region with access to a physical version of that title on Switch.

Trials Rising

Digital Foundry has taken a new look at Trials Rising from a technical perspective on Switch. This is based on the open beta that was just held on the console a few days ago.

Right off the bat, Trials Rising makes some concessions to image quality compared to other platforms. That means a lower resolution and frame rate, along with reduced/changed detail inside the actual levels.

Square Enix has announced that all first print copies of Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will include a reversible coversheet. What the design actually looks like will be revealed at a later date.

In other news, Square Enix has also passed along a breakdown of new features in Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. They are as follows:

Motion Twin and Red Bull shared a new video showcasing “an honest and raw look at the cooperative studio”. We have it below, which includes a first look at coming DLC set for later this spring.

Dead Cells’ forthcoming DLC will be playable at PAX East next month.
