World building RPG EGGLIA Rebirth gets an English trailer

The English version of EGGLIA Rebirth has now been confirmed by publisher Brownies, and an English trailer has released. This trailer shows off some of the Switch gameplay with English subtitles and includes story segments, combat, and menus/UI.
None of this footage is showing the English version yet, but it has been confirmed to be coming at a release date not yet disclosed. The Japanese version of EGGLIA Rebirth will come to Switch on December 16, 2021.

The voiceover cast has been revealed for Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX 2 in a new trailer. This trailer shows off some gameplay of each of the characters and lists their VO counterpart with a few lines from the actor/actress.

Battle Spirits: Connected Battlers delayed, new trailer

FuRyu is delaying the release of Battle Spirits: Connected Battlers. In Japan, the game will now ship on April 14, 2022. It was previously dated for January 20.
FuRyu said today that it’s using the extra time to improve Battle Spirits: Connected Battlers’ quality. The company apologized to fans that have been looking forward to the game.
Arcade Paradise confirmed for physical release, new trailer

A physical version of Arcade Paradise is on the way, publisher Wired Productions and developer Nosebleed Interactive confirmed today. All copies include a folded double-sided poster, graffiti sticker set, reversible King Wash sleeve, and digital Extended Play download. Pricing is set at $29.99 / £24.99 / €29.99 with pre-orders open here.

Mario Golf: Super Rush and the “free updates” model

I had a good time playing Mario Golf: Super Rush earlier this year when the game launched. New modes such as Speed Golf and Battle Golf were nice additions, particularly for multiplayer matches. But after a while, I saw myself rapidly drifting away from the game and simply waiting for more updates as Nintendo promised.
I must confess that now, after all the updates, I feel a little disappointed with the game in general, and that’s what I talk about in the video below. I go over how the “free updates” model that Nintendo has been using for a while now may actually be doing more bad than good for the games developed by Camelot.
