Yesterday, Eurogamer wrote up a report stating that Wii U production will be wrapping up by the end of the week. Now, however, Nintendo has come out stating that there are no such plans.

“There is no change to our continuing [Wii U] production,” a spokesperson told Japanese outlet IT Media. While the representative started out by saying he/she was unaware of the article’s specifics, speculation about Wii U production ending “was not true.”

Just like Runbow, the retail version of Tumblestone is now available. We’ve attached the launch trailer for the physical release below.

The retail version of Deluxe on Wii U, known as Runbow Deluxe, is out today in North America. Have a look at the launch trailer below.

Eurogamer is reporting that Nintendo will be ending production of the Wii U in just a matter of days. If the site is spot on, the production line will close on Friday following the final deadline for orders passed yesterday. That information apparently comes from “multiple sources” speaking with Eurogamer.

Nikkei claimed earlier in the year that Wii U production would cease by the end of 2016. However, Nintendo quickly denied any such plans.

Prior to today, a rumor indicated that European retailers would no longer be able to place orders for Wii U after October 1.

Update: Added in a higher-quality version of the trailer.

Original: Another new character has been confirmed for the arcade version of Pokken Tournament. However, the roster addition comes as a bit of a surprise. While many expected Empoleon to be announced, Croagunk will instead be joining the fighting title.

Here’s a trailer as shown during a Niconico live stream today:

And some footage:

Croagunk joins Pokken Tournament arcade on November 10.
