I’m not generally big on announcements of previews (that sounds odd just to type that!), but we do have a brief update to share about two upcoming Nintendo titles. First, new previews for Mario Golf: World Tour will begin rolling in tomorrow. Coverage for Mario Kart 8 is expected in a big way next week. Expect tons of posts about each!

Ubisoft has confirmed its lineup for PAX East 2014.

Watch Dogs, Child of Light, and plenty of other titles be brought to the show. Each will be playable between April 11 and April 11 at Ubisoft’s booth.

You can find the full overview of Ubisoft’s plans for PAX East below, which includes a never-before-seen demo for Watch Dogs.

Earlier today, Platinum tweeted the neat photo below. It’s a look at a movie-style poster used to show an early concept for The Wonderful 101.

Update: Or maybe not? We’re hearing that some people are still able to take screenshots (including reader Skarnet). Not entirely sure what the deal is!

Original: As a little bit of random news, we’re hearing that the Wii U no longer allows users to to take screenshots of the system menu and processes. That means owners can’t capture images of their daily log or other similar features. At least for now, it’s unclear why the change was made.

Along with this image, Super Smash Bros. series director Masahiro Sakurai posted the following on Miiverse:

Pic of the day. Never bully Cuccos. Seriously, attacking them is out of the question! This has always been a cardinal rule of The Legend of Zelda series.

We haven’t seen any Cuccos in the Smash Bros. games before, so what purpose will they serve here? Are they items? Assist trophies? New Animal Crossing residents? Way to be cryptic, Sakurai.
