Mages. has nailed down a Japanese release date for Laid-Back Camp: Have a Nice Day!, its upcoming Switch title. Announced today is that it will launch on September 30.

Nintendo has uploaded a pair of Japanese “Personal Time” commercials for Switch. The first features YouTube, Karaoke Joysound, and Just Dance 2021. The second has Pac-Man 99, Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics, and Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa, Heisei, Reiwa mo Teiban! – currently a Japan-only title.

Capcom is gearing up for a new Monster Hunter Digital Event. The presentation will take place on April 27, the company revealed.

The latest episode of Nintendo’s Japanese show Nyannyan Neko Mario Time has now gone live featuring New Pokemon Snap, Pyra/Mythra in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers. We’ve included it below.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have kicked off the latest Max Raid Battle event.

This time around, players are more likely to encounter Eiscue. Shiny Eiscue may even appear if they’re lucky enough.

The Elder Scrolls: Blades received its latest update this week, bringing the game to version 1.13. It includes new Event Quests, new gear coming to the Sigil Shop, and a weekend of free skill resets.

Original (4/19): Eastasiasoft and Softstar today announced Empire of Angels IV, a new tactical RPG for Switch. This is the series’ first release on consoles since its debut in 1993.

Another update went live for Minecraft on Switch today. It’s a somewhat smaller one as only a few fixes have been implemented.

During a ceremony today, the full lineup of winners were revealed for the 2021 D.I.C.E. Awards winners.

Hades was the big winner having cleaned up several categories, including Game of the Year. Animal Crossing: New Horizons also picked up a win.

The action-adventure game Effie was announced for Switch last year. Though there was no word on when it would actually be available, it turns out that the launch has taken place today.
