Gun Media announced this week that support is more or less ending for Friday the 13th: The Game. After one final update, that’s pretty much it. Dedicated servers will be shut down in favor of peer to peer matchmaking.

Diablo III fans may want to pay attention to what’s planned for the game this month. Season 22 kicks off on November 20, which will be proceeded by an update. Version 2.6.10 goes live a bit early on November 10.

Torchlight III launched for Switch on October 22. In celebration of the recent release, Perfect World Entertainment and Echtra Games have supplied us with two codes to hand out.

It’s been just over a week since Torchlight III has been out on Switch and some of you may not have had the opportunity to play the game just yet. So to enter our giveaway, simply leave a comment below mentioning which entry you prefer: Torchlight or Torchlight II.

Today’s lengthy Indie Live Expo II stream concluded with confirmation of a third broadcast. Indie Live Expo III will be held sometime in 2021, Ryu’s Office announced.

Indie Live first premiered on June 6. Several new Switch games were revealed during both broadcasts, and that should continue for next year’s show.

Replica was announced for Switch back in September. Playism and Somi are now confirmed to be releasing the interactive novel game on the system today.

DMM Games, Poppy Works, and Faux-Operative Games are putting the 2D action roguelike Ruin of the Reckless on Switch, the companies have confirmed. A release window has not yet been announced.

According to well-known Nintendo developer Yoshiaki Koizumi, story is added to the Mario titles “at the very end of the game development process”. As a franchise that is much more known for its gameplay, that shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.

Koizumi told The Washington Post in a recent interview:

Chorus Worldwide Games and Gamechuck have confirmed that Speed Limit, a retro style shooter, is lined up for Switch. It’s currently scheduled for a Q1 2021 release.
