We’ve been wondering how amiibo will function in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. Thanks to the game’s official Twitter account, we’ve got an answer.
Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Peach amiibo are supported. When you scan amiibo for any of these characters, you’ll unlock weapons in the game.
Here’s the official word straight from the Rabbids Twitter account:
It supports the Nin Char Amiibo: Mario, Luigi, Yoshi & Peach. Each unlocks a weap for the Nin char & its Rabbid counterpart

Nintendo has scheduled a new round of Switch maintenance taking place this evening (early morning hours in Europe). Certain network services such as online play, rankings, etc. may be impacted.
The maintenance schedule is as follows:
– 5 PM PT – 7:30 PM PT
– 8 PM ET – 10:30 PM ET
– 1 AM in the UK – 3:30 AM in the UK
– 2 AM in Europe – 4:30 AM in Europe
Planning on attending Gamescom 2017 in Germany next month? If so, you’ll be able to go hands-on Monster Boy, as a playable demo will be running on Switch.

Kid Tripp has been given a release date on the 3DS eShop. In both North America and Europe, it’s scheduled next week.

Kid Tripp is also planned for Switch. A release date for that version has not been announced at this time, however.
