Software developer Abhishek Singh has come up with a neat new way of using Hololens. Singh recreated World 1-1 from Super Mario Bros., and projected the game’s obstacles and objects as holograms in New York’s Central Park.
It’s not perfect – you can technically walk around the obstacles for instance. Nonetheless, it’s an admirable fan project, and perhaps something that could be expanded upon in the future.
Imagineer is announcing that the studio is developing its first title for Switch. The studio is known for making the Medabots series and Kanji Test games, and they are also currently planning to release two other titles for portable systems this year.
For the one game Imagineer is developing for Switch, they’re taking after the concept of “can be enjoyed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere”. Various play styles will also be supported.
Imagineer’s mystery title is planned to be released in the next fiscal year (starting April 2018) or beyond.

The European Switch eShop has updated with news about next week’s NeoGeo game. On June 29, Magical Drop II will be available.

10tons has several games in the pipeline for Switch. The publisher’s full lineup for the platform was confirmed today.
Neon Chrome (sci-fi twin stick shooter with RPG elements) and Sparkle 2 (marble shooter match-three action puzzle game) are planned for Q3. 10tons’ new games Time Recoil, Tesla vs Lovecraft, and JYDGE will be released on Switch simultaneously with other console platforms.
