The dodge ’em up game Swordship just went live with a new version 1.1 update featuring an Arranged Mode and more.
Arranged Mode has situations that stay the same for a full week around the world. All enemies, upgrades, levels, weather, obstacles, boss patterns keep their position and timing to be fully optimized.
The update also reworks the progression system and a tracker will now display everything that has yet to be unlocked. The classic score based unlocks are now supported by brand new persistent objectives.

Nintendo released a new video today showcasing a few European digital game highlights from May 2023. Some of the highlighted titles include The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, LEGO 2K Drive, and Farming Simulator 23: Nintendo Switch Edition.

A new update has gone live for Dokapon Kingdom Connect, bringing the game up to versio 1.1.0. This is a particularly noteworthy update due to its inclusion of Local Wireless Mode for the game, allowing multiple players to play together without needing an internet connection or Nintendo Switch Online account. Nintendo Switch Online has just added four more classic games, with the service making Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble, Mystery Tower, Harvest Moon, and Blaster Master: Enemy Below available. They’re all out now.
Kirby Tilt ‘n’ Tumble and Blaster Master: Enemy Below represent the Game Boy. Harvest Moon is the lone new SNES game. Finally, Mystery Tower was originally released on the NES.

A new 2023 Capcom Showcase will air on June 12, it’s just been announced. The event will take place at 3 PM PT / 6 PM ET / 11 PM in the UK / 12 PM in Europe. Expected runtime is currently estimated to be 36 minutes.
This is the second annual Capcom Showcase following the show’s debut last year. The 2022 event featured Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, Capcom Fighting Collection, Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium, and more. The company says: “We look forward to sharing new information about Capcom’s upcoming releases and future titles with our fans around the world!”
Road 96: Mile 0 has received a new update, and it’s live now on Switch. The team is primarily looking to address issues players have encountered.
Bug fixes are naturally a big focus of the patch. A few tweaks and adjustments have been implemented as well.
