Bandai Namco revealed a new playable character for Pokken Tournament during a stage show at NicoNico Chokaigi 2015 today. In a video shown to fans, Gengar was announced for the fighting title.

Petite Games’ Micro Racers is no more, but the indie developer has a different project planned in its place. The studio today announced “Land it Rocket” for the Wii U eShop. Not much is known about it at the moment, but a first screenshot can be found above.

Petite Games is no longer working on Micro Racers, a game that was originally slated for the Wii U eShop. Writing on Twitter last night, the studio explained that the game simply “wasn’t fun enough to release.”
Petite Games also teased an unrelated announcement that will be made later today.

Day one of NicoNico Chokaigi 2015 has now concluded, but it was not without some highlights. Towards the Game Center CX SP event, Shigeru Miyamoto came on stage to showcase new footage of Mario Mario.
